Thanks Andy! A good summary. I would agree in most terms, but add the following: You’ve put some emphasis on the SQL part. From my experience, an exceptional PM does not only know SQL, but also how to code. Maybe not expert level, but close to senior in any language. This is a huge push to translate customer feedback to realistic requirements even faster. And also helpful to translate tech stuff from developers to management words. This is no absolute need, but in my experience a skill of the very best.
